Shell Colors

DURABILITY

Our shells are manufactured with a patented 4 layer strenghtening process called Dura-Bond: This Aristech ABS backed Quarite Acrylic resists scratches, stains, chipping, cracking or denting, while maintaining its visual appeal. The bonded ABS layer provides added shell strength and a third layer is a double strengthening material called Hyrizon. The process is completed with a thick insulating layer of polyurethane foam to provide what we feel is the strongest shell on the market.

POLAR INSULATION

QCA Spas are built to withstand harsh, northern winters. Our system incorporates a foam-insulated cabinet and a thick layer of polyurethane foam applied to the shell. Unlike other insulation systems that loosely wrap insulation around the shell, QCA Spas, Inc. sprays our insulating foam directly onto the shell surface to ensure full contact to all surfaces, thereby sealing the cabinet from any outside air infiltration. As a bonus of this excellence in insulation techniques, the ambient air trapped between the two layers provides an insulating barrier to help maintain spa water temperature

Our spas are designed to perform in every season, in any climate, at any altitude.

Built in Sensors monitor water temperature and protect the spa from freezing in winter or overheating in summer.

Our adjustable controls keep the water temperature constant for trouble free operation. Settings can be programmed and locked.

Components are robust and up to the task for European operation.
