Energy Saver System
Unlike fully foamed spas that need to vent off motor-generated heat, the heat produced by the mechanical equipment in a QCA spa is not vented away. This valuable energy is contained, recycled, and reused to maintain your hot tub water temperature.
As water moves through the plumbing lines toward the jets it draws air with it
(an action called venturi). This air is taken from the pocket created by the warm air pocket between the Polar Insulation on the shell and the cabinet.
Not only is this warm air recycled and used to warm the water in your jets, but it also helps to maintain the water temperature - saving you money!
Our system allows for easy access to components, recycling of energy and no sprayed in foam all over the plumbing that serves to expand over time and actually can cause leaks.
